Discussion Starter #1 Oct 18, 2017. I have a 2017 CTS-V (before the new CUE though) and I noticed that the software update section doesn't actually have an update option. It only has the option to download the version info onto a USB drive. My loaner XT5 (also with the old CUE) looks identical to the CTS-V except it does have an option to. So I deleted my old iCUE and CUE 2 guide while cleaning out my Google Drive.:(: I've redone my iCUE guide with new crisp 3k screenshots and new updated info! For the third time in a row, after I updated the cue software, my profiles completely broke. Every other time I have updated the software, I have had to engage in a troubleshooting process that took hours and eventually had to completely rebuild all my profiles along with numerous other steps to get it working again.
