You can configure the setting under the GlobalProtect portal for Linux clients to 'Disable the GlobalProtect App' by selecting Allow With Ticket. This is currently not supported irrespective of any connect-method.
Currently, the 'Disable the GlobalProtect App' for Linux OS can only be done through passcode and not by ticket.
